La volonté ne suffit pas toujours

Pendant longtemps j'ai pensé comme beaucoup d'entre nous que la force de la volonté serait suffisante pour atteindre les buts que je m'étais fixés. Sachez que ceci n'est pas toujours suffisant, il est même très rare que ce processus fonctionne, du moins de façon durable. Pour que la "force de la volonté" puisse aboutir au résultat escompté, il faut impérativement que le "conscient" et "l'inconscient" soient parfaitement alignés, car "l'inconscient" gagne toujours. La "force de la volonté" est un processus qui est mis en route au niveau du "conscient", si dans votre inconscient vous avez des processus qui s'opposent à vos projets, ces derniers n'aboutiront pas ou ne dureront pas. Pour mieux comprendre ce phénomène, je vous propose l'exemple suivant:

Une femme ou un homme vivant seul, ayant disons une bonne cinquantaine d'années, décide fermement et consciemment de rompre cette solitude pesante et de vivre en couple. Dans notre exemple, cette personne va mettre tout en oeuvre et donc toute "la force de sa volonté" pour retrouver un partenaire qui lui convienne. Elle rencontrera des amis, des amies, elle prendra soin d'elle pour être plus attirante, enfin elle fera tout ce que l'on peut imaginer pour arriver à ses fins. Mais, si dans son inconscient, il y a un processu qui fait barrage, disant par exemple: "tu es trop agé(e) pour (re)commencer une vie de couple", alors inconsciemment toute tentative de changement échouera ou ne durera pas.

On pourrait encore imaginer bien d'autres scénarios, tels que: l'accroc au tabac qui arrête de fumer et retombe dans son addiction, le timide qui fera un maximum pour s'en sortir mais restera effrayé au fond de lui et ne pourra pas s'exprimer au bon moment et correctement, etc.

Et bien cher "bloggeur", prenez bien note que l'hypnose travaille essentiellement sur l'inconscient. C'est le moyen le plus rapide à ce jour pour stopper les processus négatifs et implanter des processus positifs. De cette manière votre conscient et votre inconscient seront parfaitement alignés, ce qui vous permettra enfin d'atteindre vos buts, de façon rapide et durable, quels qu'ils soient.
