Nouvelle année et bonnes résolutions !
Il est traditionnel de prendre de bonnes résolutions en début d'année et de se donner ainsi meilleure conscience. L'année dernière vous aviez certainement pris de bonnes résolutions. C'est le moment de vous interroger et de faire le bilan : avez-vous tenu les engagements que vous aviez pris envers vous-même ? Si votre bilan vous semble plutôt négatif, c'est peut-être qu'il faudrait cette année prendre des résolutions en appliquant une méthode efficace. Si nous ne prenons pas soin de nous-mêmes, qui le fera à notre place ? Si nous ne changeons pas notre façon de faire, nous arriverons de nouveau à la fin de l’an sans aucun changement. En effet, souvent la meilleure volonté ne suffit pas, c’est là que l’hypnothérapeute alignera votre conscient (volonté) et votre inconscient afin d’atteindre aisément les résolutions prise pour cette nouvelle année.
